项目管理系统设计分析

针对咨询研究机构的所承接项目特点及项目管理的要求，提出对研究咨询项目管理的核心是对项目人员、信息和事件三要素的管理的思路，采用B／S体系架构，从数据结构、系统流程和功能模块3个方面分析设计了相应的项目管理系统，以实现对项目全寿命周期的有效管理和控制，为在网络平台上协同完成研究咨询工作奠定了一定的基础。

Design and Analysis on Project Management System

According to the research institute which undertakes consultation of project management and project characteristics, this paper puts forward a management idea that the core of management is to manage such three elements as personnel, information and events. It uses the B/S architecture to analyze and design the corresponding project management system from such three aspects as data structure, system process and functional module in order to realize the project lifecycle of effective management and control. It lays foundation for the collaborative research and consulting work in a network platform.
