| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the advantages of Datong City to develop new energy,referenced to its natural resources and the general development trend of new energy technologies and industries.Based on the analyses,it proposes a tailor-made systematic plan of Datong new energy including orientations,strategies,goals,development steps as well as detailed projects.Our goal is to spare no effort in helping Datong to become the model of nation. |
