区域绿地:从概念到实践——一次“协作式规划”的探索

在“佛山市区域绿地专项规划”中,规划师尝试以“区域绿地保护”为平台,以“协作式规划”理论为指导,与城市各相关部门及地方政府合作,编制能容纳各方利益和目标并能获得广泛认同和支持的“区域绿地专项规划”,以此作为未来城市非建设用地资源保护的框架性文件。本文旨在总结本次规划实践中获得的部分经验以及讨论“协作式规划”实践中可行的技术方法,以此作为对城市规划改革的一种探索。

REGIONAL GREENLAND: FROM CONCEPT TO PRACTICE

In Foshan Regional Greenland Planning planners try to set up a co-operative relationship with different government agencies and local government so as to formulate a well-recognized and widely supported plan which considers targets of different interest groups as the documents to protect the city non-built-up land for the future. This paper summarizes the experiences in the planning and discusses the applicable technical methods fromthe practice of the collaborative planning.
