| Abstract: | In this paper the methods of the development and implementation of the underground pipelines management information system based on GIS are discussed with effective administration means and GIS relevant technology. Then the dynamic management of the underground pipelines and the update of the databases are talked over. In addition, the paper answers the questions such as 'who should manage the data of the underground pipelines?','who should respond the veracity of data of the underground pipelines?', etc. |
