| 摘 要： | 采用管式超滤膜的碱液超滤净化系统可以有效收集、回用镀锌线上电解脱脂段和清洗段的过程碱废水。对某冷轧厂镀锌线上碱液超滤净化系统的工艺和设备进行说明,详细阐述了系统的操作方式及控制,实践证明,该系统可帮助企业实现绿色低成本制造,有效降低热镀锌工序成本。

| Abstract: | Lye ultrafiltration purification system equipped with the tubular ultrafiltration membrane can effectively collect and reuse the alkaline cleaning wastewater in both the galvanized electrolytic degreasing line and the cleaning line.The article explains the process and equipments of the lye ultrafiltration purification system in the hot galvanizing line in detail.Also the system operation and control are described.In the meanwhile it＇s proved that this system can help companies achieve low-cost green manufacturing and reduce the cost of hot galvanizing process. |
