基于虚拟仪器的红外瓦斯传感系统研究

摘    要:针对目前常用瓦斯检测元件存在的缺陷,利用红外传感原理将其应用到瓦斯监测系统,并利用虚拟仪器技术,将采集的信号进行解调及加工处理和计算,简化了设计使瓦斯浓度能在图形界面上显示并予保存,以便用于瓦斯突出、瓦数预测等工作。实验数据表明,该系统应用性能良好。

Abstract:In light of the defects of commonly used gas detection device,the infrared sensor on principle is applied to the gas monitoring system.Based on the virtual instrument technique,the system of demodulation and processing of acquired data is predigested.With the powerful digital processing ability of the computer,the signal will be friendly displayed on interface,and the saved historic data can also be used in other related works.Experimental data show that the system has good performance.
