摘    要:文中提出静止无功发生器(SVG)用于电网多节点电压不平衡治理的综合补偿策略。首先结合对称分量法建立了电网多节点不平衡分析数学模型,研究了单台SVG补偿多节点电压不平衡的机理;其次以2种电网不平衡优化治理目标(各节点负序电压幅值平方和最小及各节点电压稳态不平衡度不大于2%)构建了关于SVG的不平衡综合补偿优化模型,分别依据非线性规划原理和几何辅助分析对优化模型进行了求解;在此基础上,文中利用电能质量监测设备和SVG构建不平衡综合治理系统,通过在线阻抗测量、在线指令优化实现了不平衡综合抑制的SVG在线控制;最后通过PSCAD搭建电网模型验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract:This paper proposes the compensating strategy of static var generator(SVG)for multi-node voltage imbalance in power grid. Firstly, the multi-node unbalance mathematical model of power grid is established by combining symmetrical component method, and the mechanism of single SVG compensating multi-node voltage imbalance is analyzed. Secondly, the optimization problem of SVG is formulated with two different network unbalance control targets(minimize the sum of squared negative sequence voltage amplitude at each node and ensure the voltage unbalance factor not to exceed 2%), and solved by nonlinear programming theory and geometric assistant analysis. On the basis of these, this paper proposes that a comprehensive management system can be built by the combination of power quality monitoring equipment and SVG, and the online control of this SVG can be realized by online impedance measurement and online instruction optimization. Finally a simple grid model is built in PSCAD to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
