| 摘 要： | 建筑业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业,目前建筑企业竞争能力比较弱,必须大力提升建筑企业核心竞争力。本文在回顾有关核心竞争力研究成果的基础上,结合建筑企业核心竞争力的内涵和我国建筑企业发展现状,分析我国建筑业企业提升核心竞争力的必要性,研究建筑企业核心竞争力的识别方法,提出提升我国建筑企业核心竞争力的途径。

| Abstract: | Architectural industry is the pillar cornerstone industry in our national economic system,but the capaci- ty of architecture enterprises competition is very poor.So we should elevate architectural enterprises' core compe- tence.This paper retrospected the bibliography study,compared the meaning and the status quo of architecture en- terprises' development in our country,and analyzed the importance of elevating architectural enterprises' core com- petences and the identifying methods,then put forward the countermeasures. |
