| 摘 要： | 介绍了美国能耗模拟软件Energy Plus的计算原理与功能,运用Energy Plus对天津某住宅小区的建筑能耗进行了一定周期的模拟计算。模拟计算和实际测量结果的对比表明,该软件能够用于建筑能量动态负荷的定量计算和定性分析。

| Abstract: | The calculation principle and function of American energy consumption simulation software EnergyPlus are introduced, and buiding energy consumption of a residential quarters in Tianjin is simulated in a given period by EnergyPlus. Result comparison illustrates that this software can be applied to quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis of building dynamic load. |
