摘    要:介绍了氯乙烯精憾高低沸塔改造前后的结构及工艺运行情况,指出改造后不仅提高了氯乙烯单体的产量、质量及装置的自动化控制程度,而且改造简单易行,不需要对现有精谓塔建筑物结构进行改动及旧设备的拆除,只是对原有设备进行局部改造。

Abstract:The structure and process operation of the high-and low-boiling distillation towers of vinyl chloride before and after transformation were introduced.It was pointed out that the transformation not only improved the output and quality of vinyl chloride monomer and the automatic control level of the distillation towers,but also was simple and easy,i.e.it was not necessary to change the structure of the existing distillation towers and to remove the old equipment,but only to partially transform the original equipment.
