高层自复位剪力墙结构抗震性能分析

摘    要:与传统剪力墙结构相比,强震下自复位剪力墙结构在减小结构自身损伤和控制结构震后残余变形方面具有优势,从而节约震后修复时间和费用,满足地震可恢复功能要求.但目前自复位剪力墙结构主要应用于低层建筑,高层自复位剪力墙结构应用较少,其抗震性能与经济性尚有待研究.本文基于我国抗震规范及抗震设防目标,以一幢十层宿舍楼为算例,分别采用传统剪力墙结构方案和自复位剪力墙结构方案进行设计.重点针对自复位剪力墙结构方案,采用直接基于位移的设计方法,并使用有限元软件OpenSees对结构进行弹塑性时程分析,验证其满足抗震性能目标.通过两种方案对比分析,结果表明自复位剪力墙结构在结构抗震性能、经济适用性方面较传统剪力墙结构具有优越性.

Abstract:Compared with traditional shear wall structures,self-centering shear wall structures have advantages in reducing structural damage and controlling residual deformation of the structure after earthquakes,thereby saving repair time and costs to meet the requirements of earthquake resilience.However,self-centering wallsare mostly used in low-rise buildings.There are limited self-centering wall applications in high-rise buildings,and its seismic and economy performance need to be investigated.Based on the seismic code and fortification objectives,this paper takes a ten-story domitory building as an example and adopts the traditional shear wall structure and self-centering shear wall structure for design.Focusing on the self-centering shear wall structure,this paper uses the direct displacement-based design method.Finite element software OpenSees is utilized to conduct an elastoplastic time history analysis of the structure to verify that design of the self-centering shear wall structure meets the seismic performance target.Through a comparative analysis of the two structures,the results show that the self-centering shear wall structure is superior to the traditional one in terms of seismic performance and economic applicability.
