应用3D DISTO测量仪测量卧式金属罐容积

本文针对地埋卧式金属罐3D DISTO检测方法,该方法根据激光测距技术和角度测量技术形成罐壁三维坐标点数据,3D DISTO按程序设计对圆筒体和封头扫描,并记录各测点的水平角、天顶距、斜距形成点运坐标数据文件在电脑中,由后处理软件计算,并和JJG 266-1996《卧式金属罐容积》检定规程中几何测量法进行比较,验证了采用3D DISTO测量地埋卧式金属罐容积的可行性,采用3D DISTO检测方法测量卧式金属罐容积,测量精确度高,对测量环境适应性强,自动化程度及作业安全性高,劳动强度小。

Practical Application of 3D DISTO Measuring Instrument for Horizontal Metal Tank Volume
