摘 要: | 本文设计了一款基于半导体片加热制冷的便携式黑体计量炉,温度范围为(-20^+150)℃,采用微型水冷散热系统,迅速带走半导体片背面热量,从而达到升温速率优于13℃/min,降温速率优于18℃/min。对黑体计量炉的设计原理和三个关键技术及相应的解决方法进行了阐述。最后,通过对样机测试,证明其控温精度,温度均匀性和稳定性符合技术指标,并对研究的成果做了总结。

The Design and Research for the Portable Blackbody Radiator |

Abstract: | This paper has designed a portable blackbody radiator,which used semiconductor chip as calefaction or refrigeration equipment.The blackbody radiator owns the ability of rapid temperature rise and down with working temperature between-20℃and 150℃.The micro water cooling system is used to take away the thermal of the reverse side of semiconductor chip rapidly and to achieve the heating rate better than 13℃/min and cooling rate better than 18℃/min.The design principle of the blackbody radiator has been illustrated and three key technologies and the corresponding solutions have been expounded.At the end of this paper,temperature control accuracy,temperature uniformity and stability in accordance with the technical indicators have been proved through prototype testing.The results of the study are summarized as well. |
