摘    要:蒸发损失作为机动车制动液的一项关键性能指标,其测量不确定度的评定对进一步优化测试方法,提高检测结果的准确性具有重要指导意义。本文采用自主研发的机动车制动液蒸发性能测定仪对某品牌HZY4型制动液样品进行测定,并评估测定结果中蒸发损失的不确定度,明确了仪器温控所引入的不确定度分量最大。因此,提高蒸发性能测定仪的控温精度,减小温度波动是减小测量不确定度的有效优化措施。

Abstract:As a key performance indicators of motor vehicle brake fluid,the evaluation of uncertainty in measurement of evaporation loss is of great guiding significance to further optimize the test method and improve the accuracy of test results. This paper uses a self-developed tester for measuring the evaporation performance of motor vehicle brake fluid to measure a brand of brake fluid which type is HZY4,and evaluates the uncertainty of evaporation loss in the measurement result,confirms that the component of uncertainty introduced by the temperature control of the instrument is the largest. Therefore,improving the temperature control accuracy of the evaporation performance tester and reducing temperature fluctuations are effective optimization measures to reduce measurement uncertainty.
