生物炭载铁锰氧化物催化H2O2氧化含油废水

摘    要:以猪粪生物炭(PB)为载体,采用浸渍法分别负栽铁/锰氧化物制备生物炭催化剂,将催化剂与双氧水联合处理含油废水,考察了制备时负载物含量、催化剂用量、双氧水量和溶液p H等因素对处理含油废水的影响。采用X射线衍射、扫描电铣、比表面积和傅里叶红外光谱对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,生物炭催化剂催化H2O2氧化含油废水的效果比单独使用催化剂和单独使用H2O2好,载铁催化剂(Fe2O3/PB)催化氧化含油废水的性能优于载锰催化剂(MnOx/PB),当Fe2O3/PB用量为1 g/L、双氧水用量为0.6 mL/L、反应时间5 h、反应温度30℃的优化条件下,含油废水COD去除率达到99.32%。

Abstract:The pig manure biochar (PB) was used as the carrier to prepare the catalyst by loading with iron/manganese oxide. The catalyst and H2O2 were combined to deal with the oily wastewater. The effects of the supported material content, the catalyst dosage, the H2O2 dosage and the pH of the solution on the treatment of oily wastewater were investigated. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, SEM, BET, and FT IR. The experimental results indicated that catalytic oxidation of oily wastewater with H2O2 over biochar catalyst was better than using catalyst and H20 2 alone. The performance o f iron-supported catalyst (Fe2O3/PB) for catalytic oxidation of oily wastewater was superior to that of manganese-loaded catalyst (MnOx/PB). When the Fe2O3/PB catalyst dosage was 1 g/L, the dosage of H2O2 was 0. 6 mL, the reaction temperature was 30 ℃, the reaction time was 5 h, and the COD removal rate of the oily wastewater reached 99.32%.
