摘    要:为研究外源磷对厌氧氨氧化启动及富集过程的影响,采用接种常规活性污泥进行厌氧氨氧化启动实验。结果表明,无外源磷的条件下接种普通活性污泥可以启动厌氧氨氧化并完成厌氧氨氧化菌富集,启动所需的时间相比于有外源磷的条件的时间更长,富集后在进水NH^+4-N、NO^-2-N的质量浓度分别为150、180 mg/L条件下,NH^+4-N和NO2--N去除率稳定在95.07%和95.97%,△ρ(NO^-2-N)/△ρ(NH^+4-N)稳定在1.2;无外源磷可缩短启动过程中的菌体自溶的时间;无外源磷条件下厌氧氨氧化启动活性提升阶段基质去除率增长较慢,培养40 d,NH^+4-N去除率由6.29%增长至34.50%。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of exogenous phosphorus on the anammox start-up and enrichment process, conventional activated sludge was inoculated for anammox start-up test. The results showed that inoculation of ordinary activated sludge without exogenous phosphorus could start-up anammox and complete the enrichment of anammox bacteria, and the time required for start-up was longer than that of conditions with exogenous phosphorus. After enrichment, NH^+4-N and NO^-2 -N removal rates were stable at 95.07% and 95.97% under the conditions of influent NH^+4-N and NO^-2 -N mass concentrations of 150 mg/L and 180 mg/L;△ρ(NO^-2 -N)/△ρ(NH^+4-N) was stable at 1.2;The absence of exogenous phosphorus could shorten the time of autolysis of the bacteria during the start-up process. The removal rate of matrix increased slower in the stage of anammox start-up activity without exogenous phosphorus. NH^+4-N removal rate increased from 6.29% to 34.50% with cultivation for 40 d.
