电网调度自动化Web分区域发布系统研究及应用

巴中电业局电网调度Web分区域发布系统采用B/S结构网络浏览模式,将巴中电网变电站接线图、曲线图、数据报表、潮流图及其他根据用户需求定制的数据图表通过Web在电力系统内部网络发布,便于电业局领导、各部门、尤其是无县调自动化主站系统的县级调度机构及时、准确掌握电网运行情况。同时,分区域进行权限控制的发布技术完美解决了地调调度保密性原则和不同终端访问用户的数据需求之间的矛盾。该系统运行1年多以来,为巴中电网的安全、稳定、经济运行提供了可靠技术保障,尤其是在县级调度机构自动化水平发展落后的情况下,丰富了县级调度机构的技术手段,显著提升了县级电网的运行水平。

Research and Application of Web Regional Release System for Power Grid Dispatching Automation

The regional release system for power dispatching automation in Bazhong Power Bureau uses B/S structure and web browser mode. Substation wiring diagrams, curve charts, data reports, power flow diagrams, and other custom-built data charts are released on the intranet of power systems through the web. It is used for managers, departments and other county level dispatching units to get the accurate operation information of power grid in time. The release technology of regional access control solves the conflict between local dispatching confidentiality and data demand of various terminal users successfully. Through one year＇s operation, this system provides secure technical support to the safe, stable and economic operation of Bazhong power grid. It enriches the technical means of county level dispatching organizations and enhances the operational lever of county power grid.
