基于移动通信的无线网络在数字化制造单元中的应用研究

制造业从单机自动化发展到网络化集成制造，实际上是在信息交换和系统互联技术发展进步的支持下实现的。本文在现代无线移动通信技术的基础上，提出了一种基于移动通信技术的网络化制造模式，并将其引入车间数字化制造中以进一步加强系统的网络互联和更有效的人机协同。本文介绍了这一制造模式的结构和在车间数字化制造中的实现方案。

Mobile human-machine cooperation in manufacture cell

On the basis of great development of information communication and network, Multi machine network manufacture system have been developed from single-machine automation manufacture system. In this paper we introduced a new technology applied in a Digital Shop Floor(DSF), Mobile Human Machine Coordination Network, which is established on the mobile communication and mobile network, it aimed to improve human-machine coordination and information communication between machines. We have introduced its architecture and initial instrument within a Digital Shop Floor in this paper.
