| 摘 要： | 针对PDC钻头复合片与钻头基体手工焊接时质量不稳定、效率低的缺点，研制了PDC钻头数控钎焊机，该数控钎焊机由钻头数控变位操作系统和复合片焊接温度自动测控系统组成，通过PLC对焊接温度、焊接时间、焊接变位机构、焊接操作机构等进行自动控制，实现了复合片与钻头基体自动焊接，保证了焊接质量，提高了焊接效率。

| Abstract: | A kind of NC brazing machine is development for PDC bit according to the shortcoming of unsteady quality and lower efficiency resulting from manual welding of PDC cutter with bit body. The NC brazing machine is composed of the welding temperature automatic examine-control system and NC positioning operation system for PDC automatic brazing. The automatic welding of PDC cutter with bit body is completed through the PLC automatic control of the brazing temperature, the brazing time, the brazing positioning mechanism, the brazing operation mechanism and so on, and can ensure the quality of brazing and increase the efficiency of brazing. |
