接插件多工位级进模设计

摘    要:
分析了接插件的冲裁、弯曲和倒冲生产工艺,介绍了其特殊级进模总体结构.论证了其排样方案选择的正确性,采用两个倒冲机构来完成制件的向上弯曲和向下弯曲部分;将向上和向下弯曲部分安排在后工序,以简化模具结构和顺利出件.采用镦压法达到了控制制件弯曲回弹的目的.实践证明:该模具结构清晰、可靠,加工质量好,生产效率高,对此类零件的级进模设计有重要参考价值.

Abstract:
The productive technology of blanking, bending lyzed. The whole structure of the particular progressive die and reverse blanking for the contact-plug parts was ana was introduced and the selective validity of its layout was proved. Two reverse blanking devices were used to solve the upper and down bending problem of the parts which were kept in the post procedure in order to simplify die and make the workpiece going out smoothly. The purpose of controlling part bending rebound was obtained by adopting pressing way. It is proved that the die structure is particular, simple and reliable. The processing quality is good and the productivity is also high. This can be an important referential value for designing the progressive dies of these parts.
