摘    要:从金属密封副的密封机理出发,对密封的必要条件进行了分析,设计出了大流量的阀座组件。并提出了合理的工艺保证阀座组件的加工,解决了高压条件下大流量阀座组件的密封不良问题。经过实验验证了设计的正确性和工艺的可行性,为减压阀结构密封的可靠性保障以及合理工艺的正确选用提供了依据。
