21世纪中国能源工业面临的挑战

中国虽已成为世界能源生产大国，但２１世纪面临严竣的挑战。挑战主要表现在：我国目前人均耗低，随着经济的发展，必产针有大的增长；能源效率低；人均能源资源不足；以煤为主的能源结构带来环境污染严重、能源效率低、交通运输压力大等问题，急需调整；面临能源供应安全问题。提出了我国中长期能源发展战略：节能优选战略，优化能源结构，发展清洁煤技术，保证能源供应安全，提供优惠政策推动可再生能源的发展。

Facing with challenge of energy industry in the 2 Ith century in China

China has become a great nation of energy-producing in the world,but is facing with a serious challenge in the 21th century.The challenge shows mainly as follows,per capita energy consumption will certainly increase greatly along with development of national economy even though it's lower at present,low efficiency of energy-utilizing,insufficiency of per capita energy resource,serious environmental pollution for using coal as the main energy resource,a heavy burden on communication and transportation,as well as the problem of energy supply in safety.In this paper,the author puts forward a mid-long term development strategy of energy resource in China,including of the strategy of priority for energy-saving,optmizing energy structure,developing the technique of cleaning coal,ensuring energy supply in safety,offering favourable policy to promote develoment of regenerable energy.
