摘    要:采用高温固相法合成(Y2.95-xGdxCe0.05)Al5O12系列荧光粉,研究了(Y2.95-xGdxCe0.05)Al5O12粉体的晶体结构,运用三维荧光光谱全面表征该体系荧光粉的发射光谱,结果表明Gd3+的加入并没有改变荧光粉的原有晶体结构,只是由于Gd3+离子半径大于Y3+离子半径,使得样品晶格常数略有增加,并且导致荧光发射主峰向长波方向移动,有利于降低白光LED器件相关色温和提高显色指数.

Abstract:A series of rare earth complex oxides,i.e.(Y2.95-xGdxCe0.05) Al5O12,were synthesized with the solid-phase method at high temperature,of which the crystal structure and luminescent properties were investigated.The emission spectra of Ce3+ showed a tendency of red-shift with the increase of Gd3+ content in(Y2.95-xGdxCe0.05) Al5O12 system,which is beneficial to reduce the correlated color temperature of white LED devices and raise the color rendering index.
