| 摘 要： | 通过测量乳胶基质硝酸铵析出量、乳化炸药爆速及乳胶基质黏度,研究了8种高分子酯类乳化剂在乳化炸药中的应用。实验结果显示,高分子酯类乳化剂在乳化炸药中具有较好的应用性能,乳化剂的乳化能力好于T152乳化剂;双头乳化剂制备的乳胶基质黏度比单头乳化剂大,更适宜化学敏化的乳化炸药。

| Abstract: | The application of eight polymeric ester emulsifiers in emulsion explosive are studied in this paper by testing detona- tion velocity of emulsion explosive, viscosity and precipitation amount of ammonium nitrate of emulsion explosive matrix. The results show that these polymeric ester emulsifiers have good application performance in emulsion explosive. The emulsifying a- bility of polymeric ester emulsifier is better than T152. The viscosities of emulsion explosive matrixes formed by bis emulsifiers are higher than common emulsifiers so that the bis-emulsifiers are more suited to use in emulsion explosive formed by chemical sensitization. |
