重熔渣系对PCrNi1MoA钢非金属夹杂物及易烧损元素的影响

摘    要:对比不同电渣重熔渣系对PCrNi1MoA钢纯净度的影响,选择满足技术技术条件要求的渣系,并分析不同渣系对烧损元素的影响。通过大量的工业试验对比分析,新试的四元渣系和五元渣系生产的PCrNi1MoA钢非金属夹杂物控制得最好,传统的三元渣系去夹杂能力达不到要求。烧损元素控制上,三元渣系和五元渣系控制得恰到好处,四元渣系控制跟环境有很大影响。

Abstract:Through comparing with effects of different remelting slag systems on the purity of PCrNi1MoA steel, reasonable slag system in accordance with requirements of technical specification was chosen, and the ef- fects of different remehing slag system on burning loss elements were analyzed in this paper. The results of comparative analysis on extensive industrial tests showed that non-metallic inclusions in PCrNi1MoA steel produced in quaternary slag system and five components slag system could be controlled better than traditional three components slag system. The three and five components slag system had good effect in controlling burning element, and the controlling ability for quaternary slag system was limited to the environment.
