QSL炼铅法在我国的工业实践及主要操作参数的研究

摘    要:QSL炼铅工艺具有硫的回收率高、环境保护好等特点,在德国、韩国等国得到工业应用。文章研究了西北铅锌冶炼厂QSL炼铅工艺第二次试生产的情况,并对主要操作参数进行了研究。在操作参数稳定的情况下,铅直收率达93.52%,排烟机出口烟气SO2浓度达5.3%以上,达到制酸要求。

Abstract:QSL Lead smelting-process has the advantages of high utilization of Sulfur and meets the requirements of environmental protection.It has found industrial applications in Germany and South-Korea.In this paper,the second trial production by QSL Lead smelting-process in Northwest Lead and Zinc Smelter in China was introduced,and main process-parameters were studied.At present,under stable process conditions,the production results were as follows:the direct recovery of Lead was up to 93.52%;the concentration of SO_2 out of flue gas from the outlet of electrostatic precipitator was up to 5.3%,which meets the requirements of the production of Sulfuric Acid.
