车载箱参数化设计

摘    要:针对国外自行车上的可快速装卡的车载箱进行产品造型及模具设计。为了达到模具设计方便快捷的目的,采用了UG软件的参数化设计功能。在做产品造型及其模具设计时,所有设计参数都保存在数据库中,并且全部的尺寸数据之间利用表达式建立起联系。当某一尺寸改变后,产品模型的整体尺寸会随之改变,即可实现参数化驱动。最后应用Moldwizard模块完成对产品的模具设计。实践证明,采用参数化的设计方法,可以减少系列产品造型及其模具的重复设计,大大提高设计速度和工作效率。

Abstract:According to the bicycle-bone cases that can be quickly installed on the bicycles made in other countries, the product shaping and mold design are performed with the function of the parametrization design of UG. All the design parameters of the product are stored in the database, and the relations of all size data are set up with the expresions when the product shaping and mold design are carried out. As any dimension is changed, the overall size of the product model is variated with the change and the parametrization drive is realized. The mold design was implemented with UG Mold Wizard module. The practical design proves that the parameterization design is helpful for the improvement of design speed and work efficiency.
