无油涡旋压缩机防自转机构的研究

摘    要:从机构学角度,研究了小曲拐机构的运动,确定了小曲拐数目的合理选取及分布;从运动学角度,分析了小曲拐的受力,建立了小曲拐的运动平衡方程,研究了不同数目小曲拐的动力特性。研究结果表明:小曲拐的防自转机构是按平行四边形原理运动的,采用3个小曲拐的防自转机构有比较好的动力特性,其为整周受力,是一种精度高、性能好的防自转机构。

Abstract:A mechanical model of anti-rotation mechanism with the small wrist crank was established. The operation principle of anti- rotation mechanism with the small wrist crank is analyzed according to the Mechanism technology, dynamic characteristics and equation of motion is researched on the kinematics. The study results that small anti- rotation mechanism with the small crank is to be high to anti-rotation, to receive strength characteristic advantage, expect much accuracy to machining.
