基于MapXtreme 的水旱灾害信息系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为使珍贵的长系列水旱灾害信息发挥应有的社会效益和经济效益,本文运用基于MapXtreme的WEB/GIS技术建立了长序列水旱灾害的信息查询系统,并实现了Internet发布。文中探讨了MapXtreme的技术原理和水旱灾害信息系统的结构设计、功能设计以及系统实现,所开发的水旱灾害信息系统实现了基于全国1:25万电子地图的信息检索、定位、统计分析、专题分析、模糊查询以及系统维护管理等功能。该系统的建成将为国家的防洪减灾方针政策研究、流域规划制定和开展水旱灾害保险等多方面的需要提供公益性服务。

Abstract:In order to make use of long series of flood-drought hazard information for social and economic purposes, the authors have built up an inquiry system on the long series of hazard informat ion based on the MapXtreme WEBPGIS technique, and have issued the system through internet. In this paper, discussions have been conducted on the technical principle of the MapXtreme. The structure design, function design and system realization of the flood-drought hazard informat ion system are stressed. In the system, a lot of functions can be realized on the basis of 1B250, 000 electronic map, including the information inquiry, posit ioning, statist ic analysis, theme analysis, fuzzy inquiry, system maintenance and management, etc. This system is capable to support the policy study at national level for flood mitigation, hazard reduction, river basin planning and flood-drought hazard insurance, thus providing beneficial service for the public.
