EP/PUR梯度互穿网络聚合物的制备及其拉伸性能研究

摘    要:
提出一种新的方法对梯度互穿网络聚合物(IPNs)中梯度组分的分布进行设计,并采用逐层浇注的方法制备了不同层数的环氧树脂/聚氨酯(EP/PUR)IPNs,对其拉伸性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,EP/PUR梯度IPNs的拉伸性能受梯度层数的影响,梯度层数越多,拉伸弹性模量越小,拉伸强度高,但当梯度层数超过7层后,拉伸强度有所降低;EP/PUR梯度IPNs的拉伸性能优于EP和EP/PUR普通IPNs。

Abstract:
A new method was advocated to design distribution of gradient component in gradient interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNs), gradient IPNs of different number of layers were prepared by means of casting layer by layer, and their tensile properties were studied. The results indicated that the number of gradient layers had an effect on tensile properties of EP/PUR gradient IPNs. The more layers gradient IPNs had, the lower the tensile elastic modulus of gradient IPNs was. The tensile strength improved with increase of number of gradient layers. When number of graded layers was more than 7, the tensile strength decreased rarely. The tensile properties of EP/PUR gradient IPNs were better than those of ordinary EP/PUR IPNs and EP.
