摘    要:研究了对甲苯磺酸铜催化乙酸与环己醇的酯化反应,考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间和带水剂用量等因素对酯化率的影响.结果表明,优化的反应条件是:乙酸用量0.2 mol,醇酸摩尔比1.4,甲苯磺酸铜用量1.2 g,带水剂环己烷15 mL.回流反应60 min后酯化率可达96.7%,催化剂重复使用7次仍保持较高活性.

Abstract:The esterification reaction of acetic acid and cyclohexanol catalyzed by copper p-toluenesulfonate was studied.The effects of different factors such as molar ratio of alcohol to acid,dosage of catalyst and water-carrying agent,reaction time on the yield of cyclohexyl acetate were examined.The result showed that,the optimal reaction conditions were as follows:dosage of acetic acid 0.2 mol,molar ratio of cyclohexanol to acetic acid 1.4,dosage of copper p-toluenesulfonate 1.2 g,dosage of cyclohexane as water-carrying agent 15 mL,reaction time 60 min at reflux temperature.The esterification rate could reach 96.7%.The catalyst kept high activity after recycling for 7 times.
