摘    要:提出了一种干气密封槽型的设计方法。采用“准二元流动理论”,选取微元流体,通过给出的转速、内外径或者槽坝比、沿槽边界的压力分布、入气角、槽厚等条件,应用动量矩定理和气体状态方程控制其流动过程,模拟槽的两侧端面的压力分布,得到流体流动的中心流线方程,通过中心流线的径向和周向速度先建立极坐标方程,应用Rom-berg方法进行数值计算,得到极坐标下角度和半径一一对应的关系,应用数值拟合的方法,得到五次多项式形式流线方程。此方程在工程上简单实用,有利于激光刻槽。

Abstract:A groove geometry design method of dry gas seal was provide.Utilizing "quasi-two-dimensional fluid theory",to control the small volume by momentum and gas state equation through the provided conditions,such as the rotate speed,the inner and outer radius or the radio of the groove and land width,the pressure distributing along the groove boundary,the income angle.The thickness of the groove and so on,the stress distributing of the groove boundary was simulated,the middle flow line was gotten.To establish the polar coordinate equation through the radial speed and the circumference speed of middle flow line,and utilize Romberg method to make the numerical computation and simulation,the angle and radius relation one by one in polar coordinates was gotten.The middle flow line equation was simulated by a polynomial of 5.This equation is very simple and is easy to carve for laser.
