热气机菱形传动机构的尺度综合及运动仿真

摘    要:
通过热气机工质一个循环中所做热功为最大建立了热气机菱形传动机构尺度优化的数学模型,编制程序对菱形 传动机构进行了尺度优化综合,得到了满意的结果;利用SolidWorks软件建立了对该机构的3D模型并进行运动仿真,证 明了该机构的尺寸和运动规律是合理的。

Abstract:
The mathematics model for dimensional synthesis of rhombic driving stirling engine was established with maximizing the thermal power from the working medium in one stirling cycle as the objective function. The programme was written for the dimensional optimization and synthesis, and satisfactory results were obtained. The 3D model of the mechanism was created and kinematical simulation was carried out in SolidWorks. The results show that the dimensions and the kinematical curves are reasonable.
