| 摘 要： | 尿素合成塔塔体泄漏检测是保证其安全运行的一个重要环节,目前采用的蒸汽检漏法由于存在种种弊端,已不能适应泄漏检测的需要。简述了氨红外分析技术检测尿素合成塔泄漏的方法、系统设置、技术特点及应用实例,说明了该技术是检测尿素合成塔泄漏的行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | The leak detection in urea synthesis reactor was an important link for safety moving.As there're many infactions,the steam detection was not suitable for the need of leak detection.The leak detection method,system install,technology peculiarity and applied examples of ammonia infrared analysis to detect leak in urea synthesis reactor were introduced.This method was an effective technology in urea synthesis reactor leak detection. |
