异形凸曲前刀面硬质合金插齿刀制造模型研究与应用

摘    要:随着硬质合金刀具的广泛应用,硬质合金插齿刀的研究越来越受到齿轮制造业的重视。从提高新构形硬质合金插齿刀异形凸曲前刀面铲磨精度的角度出发,根据微分几何的包络理论及新构形异形凸曲前刀面硬质合金插齿刀设计模型,推导出铲磨新构形插齿刀异形凸曲前刀面的数学模型,根据制造模型成功制造出新构形插齿刀。

Abstract:Carbide cutters are used widely.Study on carbide shaper cutters is concerned deeply in gear manufacture.In order to increasing the accuracy in grinding the new profiling shaper cutter rake face,the mathematical model,which is based on differential geometry and the designed model of the new profiling carbide shaper cutter with complicated curve rake face,is established.The new profiling shaper cutter is manufactured successfully according to the machining model.
