干纺工艺对聚酰亚胺初生纤维生产及其性能影响研究

摘    要:试验研究探讨了聚酰亚胺干法纺丝工艺对初生纤维生产和性能的影响因素。结果表明,纺丝温度在200~220℃、纺丝风量在12~15 m/m3、纺丝速度≯180 m/min和喷丝板牵伸比21.5时有利于初生纤维的正常生产及其性能的提高。

Abstract:Dry spinning process on the influence of the polyimide as-spun fiber production and properties was discussed via experiment research. The result of this experiment showed that the spinning condition of 200 -220 ℃ spinning temperature, the spinning air volume at 12415 m/m^3, the spinning speed not more than 180 m/rain and the draw rotio of spinneret more than 21.5 were suitable for as-spun fiber production and properties.
