| 摘 要： | 通过对软段和硬段选择,采用预聚法研制出硬度大于邵D70,缺口冲击强度大于80kJ/m2,80℃下釜中寿命大于5min,既适合手工浇注又适合机器浇注的高硬度聚氨酯弹性体。 |

| Abstract: | By selecting soft segment and hard segment,the high hardness polyurethane elastomer was prepared by prepolymer process,which possesses a hardness of more than Shore D 70 and notched impact strength of more than 80 kJ/m2.The pot life of mixture at 80℃ is more than 5 minutes.The system can be casted manually or by using machine. |
