习水煤和南川煤混烧制气的工业试验

摘    要:本文根据影响气化指标的因素主要有气化原料的物理化学性质气化过程的操作条件及气化炉结构等。结合南川县煤气工程气化原料的选择,介绍了习水煤与南川煤混烧制气工业试验。在φ2260造气炉上的试验结果表明,习水煤与南川煤按6∶4比例混烧制气方案完全可行。

Abstract:Factors of affecting coal gasification mainly are the physical and chemical properties of coal gasified, the operation conditions of gasification process and the types of gasifiers etc. According to coal selection practice for Nanchuan town gas engineering, this paper describes the industrial test on gasification by mixed firing with Xishui coal and Nanchuan coal. The results of the test show that it is complete feasible to gasify by mixed firing at the ratio of Xishui cool the Nanchuan coal 6: 4.
