离子交换耦合电渗析制备脱盐羊乳清粉工艺研究

摘    要:以羊乳清粉为原料,通过离子交换耦合电渗析制备获得脱盐羊乳清粉,对不同类型离子交换树脂和电渗析膜脱盐效果进行了对比,并对工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,经LX108型阳离子交换树脂,LX08-08型电渗析膜,LX-6702型阴离子交换树脂脱盐后,脱盐率为86.83%,总固体损失率为15.85%,灰分质量分数为0.98%达到脱盐羊乳清粉D90水平。

Abstract:Using sheep whey powder as raw material,desalting sheep whey powder was prepared by ion exchange coupling electrodialysis.The desalting effects of different types of ion exchange resins and electrodialysis membrane were compared and the technological conditions were studied.The results showed that the desalting rate,the dry matter loss rate and the ash content was 86.83%,15.85%,0.98%,which reached the level of desalting whey powder D90,by desalting with LX108 cation exchange resin,LX08-08 electrodialysis membrane and LX-6702 anion exchange resin.
