摘    要:采用砂纸表面打磨及碱溶液腐蚀方式改变车用TB6钛合金表面焊接区域的粗糙度,通过扫描电镜及剪切性能测试研究了表面打磨对TB6钛合金/聚氨酯电阻焊接性能的影响。结果表明,350℃下焊接时间80s时可获得性能最优接头,此时搭界剪切强度为6.63MPa。焊接头表面粗糙度1.5μm时凹槽更加明显,宽度为25μm。对焊接头表面打磨处理后,随着粗糙度增加,在钛合金的表面区域形成更大接触角,从而使钛合金表面产生更多处于结合状态的聚氨酯,增大界面结合力,显著提高其力学强度。

Abstract:The roughness of the surface welded area of TB6 titanium alloy for automobiles was changed by sandpaper surface grinding and alkali solution corrosion.The influence of surface grinding on the welding performance of TB6 titanium alloy/polyurethane resistance was studied by scanning electron microscope and shear performance test.The results showed that the optimal performance of the joint could be obtained with a welding time of 80 s at 350 ℃.At this tim e,the lap shear strength was 6.63 MPa.When the surface roughness of the welding joint was 1.5μm,the groove was more obvious and the width was 25μm.After grinding the surface of the welding joint,a larger contact angle was formed in the surface area of the titanium alloy with the roughness increasing and more polyurethanes in a bonded state were produced on the surface of the titanium alloy.The interface bonding force was increased and the mechanical strength was significantly improved.
