基于模糊PID的锂电池极片卷绕设备张力控制

摘    要:锂电池极片卷绕设备卷绕过程中,控制好张力对卷绕的顺利进行、产品质量的保证起到关键的作用。文章以张力为对象,对锂电池极片卷绕设备控制系统进行设计,并将模糊自适应PID算法应用于张力控制系统。仿真结果表明,加入模糊自整定PID后系统稳定误差基本消除,系统响应时间和系统超调量明显减少,系统响应速度和控制精度有很大的改善,张力也稳定控制。

Abstract:Tension control plays a key role in the smooth winding and the ensuring of product quality in the winding process of lithium battery electrode winding equipment. A lithium battery electrode winding equipment control system was designed. The fuzzy adaptive proportion integration differenti- ation(PID) algorithm was applied to tension control system. The simulation results show that the system control performance is greatly improved, the control method of which can effectively support the operation of the actual system.
