锡黄铜/钢复合板的制备方法及性能研究

摘    要:采用爆炸焊接技术制备了锡黄铜/钢复合板(HSn62-1/16MnIII),通过试板制备进行工艺实验并对过程中的关键参数进行控制。利用特殊的复层刻槽工艺保证爆炸焊接的工艺质量,并降低了厚复层爆炸焊接的边界效应。对复合板的界面结合质量、界面形貌及力学性能进行分析,结果表明:对于规格为(10+75)×1800×3000 mm的锡黄铜/钢复合板,其成品界面结合率达到100%;其微观形态均呈波纹状结合,波形在漩涡区存在小量的熔化;经退火消应力后,铜钢界面两侧的硬度值随距离的增大而减小并趋于稳定;三个批次试样的剪切强度、低温冲击功、拉伸试验结果均远高于压力容器铜-钢复合板的行业要求标准。产品充分结合了锡黄铜的耐腐蚀及钢板的高强度优势,满足客户及市场的需求。

Abstract:Tin brass/Steel composite plates (HSn62-1/16MnIII) were fabricated by explosive welding, through the preparation of the test plates, and the key parameters in the process were controlled. By using special grooving technology of cladding plates, the quality of explosive welding process was guaranteed and the boundary effect of cladding materials was reduced. The interface quality, interface morphology and mechanical properties of the composite plates were analyzed, the results show that for the (10+75)×1 800×3 000 mm tin brass/steel composite plates, the interface bonding rate of the finished product reaches 100%, the micro morphology of the composite plates was corrugated, and there was a small amount of melting in the vortex region, after annealing stress relief, the hardness values of both sides of the copper-steel interface decrease with the increase of distance and tend to be stable, the shear strength and lowtemperature Charpy impact of three batches of samples, the results are much higher than the industry standard for pressure vessel copper-steel composite plates. Those products give full play to the corrosion resistance of tin brass and the high strength of steel materials to meet the needs of customers and the market.
