摘    要:铜精矿运输是选矿厂生产作业的关键工序。抓斗系统的智能化是智能化矿山建设的重要组成部分,是一个集成了抓斗自动化、库管自动化、运输工具自动化和稳定高效的通讯系统的综合系统,使抓斗实时数据与矿山数据中心数据实现实时共享,进而实现智慧矿山销售计量系统全无人化,最终达到减少人员配置、加快物流周转、减少物流的丢失和损伤的目的。

Abstract:Copper concentrate transportation is the key to the concentrator production working procedure. It is an integrated system which integrates grab automation, storehouse management automation, transportation tool automation and the stable and efficient communication system. The real-time data of grab can be shared with the data of mine data center in real time, and then the intelligent mine sales and measurement system can be completely unmanned, and finally the purpose of reducing staffing, speeding up logistics turnover and reducing the loss and damage of logistics can be achieved.
