摘    要:为推进工厂废水零排放工作的开展,进一步减少废水排放量,1#闪速炉作为贵冶主生产线,对本区域内的外排水量进行了调查统计和分析,并通过对生产过程工艺优化、源头控制、过程管理、提高废水复水量等措施从而逐步实现区域废水零排放。

Abstract:As the main production line, a series of investigation statistics and analysis of the wastewater discharge of No. 1 flash furnace are carried out in Guixi Smelter to promote the work of zero wastewater discharge in the factory and further reduce wastewater discharge. The regional zero wastewater discharge is realized step by step by optimizing the production, controlling the source of the wastewater discharge, managing the process, and increasing the amount of wastewater reuse.
