电动客车用永磁同步电机噪声特性研究

摘    要:本文针对纯电动客车用永磁同步电机的噪声特性进行研究。通过建立电机的电磁场有限元模型,从电磁力角度分析电机在空载和额定负载工况下作用于电机定子齿部的径向电磁力波的差异,并考虑电机在变频器供电下时间谐波的影响,研究电机径向电磁力波的阶次特征和频域特性。最后通过半消声室台架进行电机噪声测试,验证了径向电磁力波特性分析与试验数据阶次特征的一致性。该研究为永磁同步电机电磁噪声优化提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the noise characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric bus were studied. The electromagnetic field of motor was established by finite element model. The difference of the radial electromagnetic force wave acting on the stato r teeth between no-load and rated -load conditions were analyzed from the electromagnetic force wave. Considering the influence of time harmonics by the power of frequency converter, the order characteristics and frequency characteristics of the radial electromagnetic force wave of the motor were studied. Finally, the motor noise test was carried out through a semi-anechoic chamber gantry, which verifie d the consistency between the conclusion of the radial electromagnetic force w ave analysis and the frequency characteristics of the experimental data. This study provides a basis for the electromagnetic noise optimization of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
