陕西某金矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:陕西某金矿金品位为5.3g/t,金主要赋存在黄铁矿和含砷黄铁矿中,嵌布粒度较细。为了给该矿山工艺提供依据,对其进行了浮选流程试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占86.90%的条件下,经一粗三精三扫的闭路流程,可获得金品位为20.80g/t,回收率为76.03%的金精矿。此外,镜下观察尾矿发现,载金矿物黄铁矿粒度细和解离度低是导致金回收率难以提高的原因。

Abstract:There is 5.3 g/t of gold in a gold mine of Shaanxi province. The gold mainly occurs in pyrite and arsenic-bearing pyrite with fine size. In order to provide the basis for the ore dressing process, the flotation experiment was carried out. The result showed that under the condition of grinding fineness of -0.074mm passing 86.90%, gold concentrate with gold grade of 20.80 g/t and recovery of 76.03% was obtained, by the process of one rough-three fine-three scavenging closed-circuit. Besides, the reason why the recovery was hard to improve was that the particle size of the pyrite as main gold carrier was fine and the degree of liberation was low by the microscopic observation of waste.
