安徽某铁矿外磁预选试验研究

摘    要:矿石入磨前预选抛尾是降低选矿厂生产成本的有效途径。针对安徽某铁矿进行了新型外磁磁选机预选抛废试验,可实现抛废率16.8%~25.6%,精矿TFe提升幅度6~9个百分点,尾品TFe≤9.85%、mFe≤0.65%、Cu-0.1%,Fe回收率≥93%。试验结果为外磁式磁选机作为磨前预选设备提供了技术依据。

Abstract:Pre-concentration before grinding is an effective way to reduce the production cost of concentrator. We carry out the experimental study of external-magnetic separation for an iron ore in Anhui province. The result shows that the discard rate is 16.8% ~25.6%, TFe in iron concentrate increase 6%~9%, TFe in tailing is less than 9.85%, MFe in tailing is less than 0.65%, Cu grade is 0.1%,Fe recovery is greater than 93%. Test results provide the technical basis for the external-magnetic separator which is applied on the preconcentration before grinding.
