火控显示控制系统检测维修设备的设计

摘    要:针对自行火炮火控显示控制系统结构复杂、技术含量高和检测维修难度大的特点,根据火控显示控制系统检测维修现状,采用虚拟仪器技术和故障专家诊断系统设计的高性能火控显示控制系统检测维修设备,具有很强的兼容性和扩展性。该设备简化了检测维修过程,成功解决了由于显示控制系统本身出现故障而影响维修人员快速维修的问题,及时恢复其战技性能,缩短了故障定位的时间,极大地提高了自行火炮维修保障能力。

Abstract:In view of the structure-complicated, high-tech and hard-to-detect-and-maintain features of the Fire-Control Display and Control system of self-propelled gun, and the current situation of its detecting and maintenance, the high-performance detecting and maintenance equipment for Fire-Control Display and Control system is of strong compatibility and expansibility with its adopting virtual instrument technology and fault diagnosing expert system. This equipment simplifies the process of detecting and maintenance, successfully solves these problems of the Display and Control system affecting quick repair and recovery of fighting performance, shortens the time to position the faults, and greatly improves the ability to repair and maintain the self-propelled gun.
