贵州某难选褐铁矿磁化焙烧弱磁选试验研究

摘    要:介绍了贵州某铁矿的矿石性质。分析了铁矿物嵌布特性、共生关系、磨矿与选别难易程度。重点介绍了在磁化焙烧-弱磁选正交条件优化试验基础上,采用磁化焙烧-磨矿分级-细粒弱磁-粗粒再磨-弱磁选工艺,最终铁精矿品位61.22%、回收率77.82%等试验研究情况。

Abstract:The principal components of iron minerals and gangue minerals in an iron mine in Guizhou were presented. The iron minerals were limonite and hematite, and the gangue minerals were alumosilicate such as clay and chlorite. There was fine disseminated size and complex associated relation in the iron mineral. It was easy to slime when grinding, therefore, it was difficult to beneficiate.
