| Abstract: | Capacity building for statistics of water sector is a new subject under the new situation. More attention should be paid on personnel training, in order to meet the new requirement made to statistics in the new age. The statisticians must enhance their awareness of learning, creation, service, law-abiding and duty, as well as four capacities of observation, analysis, coordination and emergency management. |
